Dr Nick Tougher

Nick qualified from Liverpool University in 2023 and began his career in England before joining the team at Rathgael Garden Lodge in August 2025. He has a particular interest in surgery and neurology.

Outside of work, Nick is passionate about his ponies and competes in Mounted Games for Northern Ireland. He also enjoys spending time outdoors with his two Labradors, who love their daily walks.
